How do I get my prepaid Mastercard card?

How long does it take to receive my TGR prepaid Mastercard®?

TGR prepaid Mastercard should reach you approximately 14 days after the order and document collection. 

 

What do I do when I receive my card and I want to activate it?

Together with your new card, you will receive a letter with detailed instructions. Alternatively, you can simply contact us via e-mail: support@tgr.cards or call us: +44 (0) 20 3488 2840 (customer support number is shown at the back of your card) 

 

How do I get my PIN number?

To get your PIN, please follow these steps: 

  1. Once you have received your card, please inform us via email: support@tgr.cards or call us: +44 (0) 20 3488 2840 

  2. The PIN for your card is added to the TGR app. You can view your PIN under the card by logging in to your account via TGR app or using www.tgr.cards

  3. You will be able to see your PIN, by using “Security” button underneath the card on the app.

 

 

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

You should call the number at the back of the card and report your card lost/stolen to restrict unauthorized usage, or you can contact your manager via email at support@tgr.cards. Alternatively, you can block your card via the TGR app or logging in to www.tgr.cards by pressing “Security” button underneath the card.

 

What do I do if I do not receive the card within 14 days?

In case you do not receive the card, please contact us at support@tgr.cards.

 

How do I add funds to my TGR prepaid Mastercard account? 

You may load the card by sending funds to TGR Corporate Concierge Ltd via bank transfer. For load account details, please see “plus“ button under your virtual card in your account.

 

How do I check my account balance?                   

 

To check your balance for free, log in to your online or mobile account, where you can see your balance and transaction history. 

 

How can I access the funds on my TGR prepaid Mastercard?

TGR prepaid Mastercard gives you access to your funds – anytime, anywhere. You may use the card for making purchases at stores, over the phone and online wherever Mastercard is accepted. You may also withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide (please visit Fees & Limits to learn more on the limits for cash withdrawal).
